What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, since our drops are limited, we can't guarantee your requested size or colourway will still be in stock at the time of your return. If it's sold out, we'll offer a refund instead.
When will I get my order?
Domestic (Australia): 5–8 business days.
International: 5–15 business days. Lymora is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country, these are the buyer's responsibility.
Pre-Order Notice: Each drop is limited (50 units total, limited per size). Once a size sells out, any further orders in that size automatically become Pre-Order, with production + shipping taking 4–6 weeks. You'll receive an email confirming whether your order is premade (ships next business day) or pre-order, so you always know your timeline.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
